• sweet children who love their momma -- K-boy said he loved me better and K-girl mimicked my napkin love note that I sent in her lunchbox.  
• no dish duty since the hubs busted the suds [I cannot believe he never heard that saying before]
• a job, even though not my dream one, when so many others are struggling for one
• the glorious rain 
• comfort food --- rice and nori for lunch [hot white rice and nori always reminds me of my dad and how he would make pinches of rice/nori for the grandkids' plates]
