ABOUT THE CARD : I used a Create-a-card base for this birthday card, then designed the remainder with Hampton Art / Doodlebug stamps. The banner is my fave [can you tell?]! I stamped it several times onto white cardstock using a rainbow of Doodlebug inks. Cut them all out and attach with brads. Fun and quick.
